Consensus is this is a fairly unremarkable case. Literally nothing new and has a merit-able case for dismissal.

There didn't seem to be any bombshells in the unveiling of the convictions. I think some were hoping for something new and unheard of. But no, they're sticking to the payoff, business records, covering up a crime, election finance stuff.

Well, not exactly a gag order, but he did warn him about that.

Of course Trump's lawyers said they didn't warn him. They warned all of them. Uhh, is that the kind of defense they'll mount? I mean, it's kind of like when a teacher says, "Class, stop making fart noises", even though everyone knows she's talking to Johnny, the class clown.

And Trump referenced the judge's family in a post before the arraignment (not sure ifnit was today or another day). Basically saying, "We know who your family is, Judge."

He is probably going to lose this case, then he will appeal, and appeal again. Maybe by 2026 it will all be done.

757 looks to be about $7,000/hour cheaper at right around $19,800. But what the heck, every time he claims someone is out to get him people throw their money at him.
