Id bet a dollar to a donut that he's doing that in Tennessee. So...... there's your answer. I think he could do it in that state with a bunch of naked 14 year old cousins hes about to marry standing around him and he'd be within the law. Have you been watching what's going on in that states legislature?

Evidently Bill Simonson has switched sponsors from Alliance Distributing’s MillerLight to WestSide Distributing’s Michelob Light Ultra.
Was station hopping as I drove Friday and he started his schtick promoting his sponsor and had to correct himself twice after saying relaxing with a cold Miller Lite to I mean an ice cold Michelob Lite Ultra.

Ownership of fully automatic weapons is regulated at the federal level, not the state.DWags wrote:tGreenWay wrote:Man, Bob looks awful.

Essentially if the weapon was manufactured before 5/19/86, anyone can own it as long as they are 21, not a prohibited person, US resident, pass the federal background check.
Automatic weapons made after that date "in theory" can only be owned by governmental agencies. There are loopholes to get around that. If you are a firearms dealer (requires a higher license) you can purchase one to demonstrate it to a governmental agency (read: a friendly local police agency) after obtaining a letter from them. After the "demonstration" the dealer legally owns it.
Kid Rock could legally fire an automatic weapon owned legally be someone else.
Do not interpret this response as me, in any way, supporting Kid Rock. I hate him as much as he hates transgender spokespeople

Spend a few years reading the occasional internet musings of an anonymous, faceless name and you think you know a guy. It’s shocking. It really is.
