Good for Jaden. He’ll get outside counsel on areas where he needs to improve, probably underscoring things he’s heard from his Spartan coaches. And if he somehow hears things that indicate he should go now, then go get paid. Selfishly, I’d love him back, but he’s a Spartan for life, regardless.

I want him back so bad. He's got an NBA future, but I want at least one more year. Very special potential brewing for the upcoming year, but he's a big part of that. Highest ceiling of anyone on the team, IMO.

Don't know about the ceiling statement (I bet Kohler could become something special, big has the moves)... I do agree Akins D and athleticism will shine next year...

I'm not going to lie. This is the worst thing that's happened to me all week, and that includes Tuesday when my appendix burst and I was rushed to the hospital but the ambulance crashed into an interstate bridge abutment and I flew out the back door on a stretcher and was run over by a fertilizer spreader and died in the ditch with the smell of shit in my nose.

I have no idea how any of this works either Wags. But I don't think either AJ or Jaden will be playing in the NBA next year

I guess what surprises me is that Izzo didn't have a heart to heart with him and let him know he might not be invited. I have to believe Izzo pretty much knows exactly who is going to be invited and who isn't. Or could name 80-90% of the invitees. Nigel knows how this stuff works. I don't get it. And what,exactly do the scouts see in Jett Howard that he's s first round pick? I don't get it.
