I have added an ABSTAIN option if you do not want to vote YES or NO.  The ABSTAIN votes will not be counted in the total.

Simple majority needed, with 1/2 voting (102 total votes will validate the vote).

Temporary Ban duration length will be determined by SeeRockCity per the charter.
