Here’s my question, and I do believe MT was wrong and deserved getting fired and this is entirely on him: If they were on a phone call when it happened, why didn’t she just hang up? Again, none of this is her. It still seems like a fair and obvious question.

Here’s something else: If Tracy or her lawyer or someone affiliated with her is responsible for alerting the reporter who broke the story, then the responsible thing for the reporter to do is identify that person as his source. That’s not something I’d usually go along with, but in this case it’s Tracy who is suing in part because her name got out. We know she wouldn’t have been identified in the article if she’d kept quiet, because the paper wouldn’t have used her name.

Who can blame her really. If the coach of some random university, let’s say Bret Beilema, started cranking his hog on FaceTime in front of you, are you really telling me you aren’t going to sue Illinois too to try to get some money? Why not? I mean really picture it.

Tracey’s EL based lawyer whose whole practice is now based on suing MSU will be front and center trying the case BEFORE it ever sees a judge.

Lots of fingers to point at multiple people. I can see how Tracey’s public speaking business took a major hit but don’t think she was going to get an additional $75M in fees from all future clients if she hadn’t accepted MSU’s/ Tucker’s invitation for speaking engagements at MSU.

Hiring Tucker on the fly has turned out to be a good stretch of billable hours for multiple law offices.

Sure the announcement of the filing to start the process of filing a law suit is reasonable news but by halfway through the article it is off in the weeds about Nasser, which has nothing to do with Tracy, and the recent investigation of tBoT which also has nothing to do with Tracy, and making silly claims saying that Vasser should not be sitting with Tucker at a baseball game in March of last year when Vasser knew none of the details and Tucker, as far as she knew, might have been ujustly accused, if she knew he was accused at all, I thought only the AD knew.

Halfway through I was "please, just stop with the meaningless stuff, already.

However, as expected, she isn't really wasting her time going after Tucker, though he is a party to the proposed suit.  She is going after MSU, where the big money is.

I keep telling Mrs. Fairway that someone had to do something inappropriate while she was a State, and she needs to work hard to remember it and see who she can sue for a couple of $mil

Have to say, I’ve gained about 7lbs in my lethargy these past 7 weeks. I think Travis has done me a solid. I had trouble eating yesterday.

Let’s get a class action suit against them for cheating. Fans of opposing teams had a reasonable expectation of a game that assured a balance of fairness and equitable competition. By cheating, umaa destroyed that fairness.
