Long time assistant gets promoted to coordinator. Both manned previous mediocre units. Shall I continue?

Didn't realize this until tonight. At this level, internal promos rarely work especially when the unit they take over is mediocrmediocre mediocreemediocremediocreemediocre.

Done typing. Mobile app suckz. Can't backspace
