On a Vlad scale I thought this was one of his more positive posts. But people see his name and just freak out.
I wonder if that is similar to how Cousins saw the field on his final drive. He is obviously extremely talented. I can't understand how qbs make some of the great throws they do even after seeing it on replay.
For some players in the clutch the game slows down and they can deliver with lazer precision. Others might just live in the moment and can't really explain it but they just make it happen as if they can will their team to victory.
On the flip side, for others everything might start moving too fast. Maybe they are overthinking or just too amped up, or they simply choke.
Maybe for Cousins it is too small of a sample set. Or maybe he will learn from it and rise above next time. Fortunately he will get more chances. Like Vlad said he is very close and that is what is frustrating.
