Ha, sadly I've been super busy last few weeks. Couldn't even watch the game yesterday. What was your take on the SOS situation?

Mine is the Spartans HAVE to get better in the 4th if they want to win the B10 this year.

Points given up by quarter for this team against Oregon, Nebraska and Purdue:

1st Qtr 11
2nd Qtr 24
3rd Qtr 17
4th Qtr 47

MSU has the 45th scoring defense in the country
MSU has the 54th passing defense in the country

I think part of the reason for the 4th quarter whoas is terrible offense in the 4th. Vanilla play calling, going 3 and out, stupid fake punt call, an interception, giving up a kick return and so on.

I don't use that term anymore. It no longer applies.

As far as this year goes, who knows, work in progress. We may have a leadership issue on the defense, just a gut feeling.

Hosting a family reunion for 4th of July weekend, expecting 30 or so for the whole weekend and another 30 for parts of it. My kids and I are cooking 3 meals Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast for the whole crew.

PS Is $2.59 a # a good price on "St Louis" style ribs? My SiL loved the baby backs we did and now wants to try some other ribs. Meijer has those this week:

We have 2 vegetarians in the immediate family one niece in law and one nephew in law. I usually do vegetable kebabs for them when grilling. Other than that I leave my sisters to take care of their own. They should be good on the breakfasts too, so maybe one meal to scrounge up. Would throwing them a cup of yogurt be rude?

I have to be honest with you, I don't really pay attention to prices. My attention span is not that great.

St. Louis style are great for smoking. Flat and even. Much preferred from my perspective than BBR. Proba if you're doing oven or crock pot, babies are better. Shorter and thicker.

Not all all. It is rude if you throw it at them at 60mph. But just saying you have some yogurt should be cool. Hey, can't be picky and demanding when visiting other people. You have to be appreciative of any effort to make you comfortable.
