I've been unable to duplicate this on Mrs. Miser's iPad. There is a hidden ad below the nav bar. Be careful with your tapping/scrolling in that area.

I have that on the iPad too. Certain threads send me off to the ap store to buy some Battle HD game.

Code tweaked. Let me know if it keeps happening. Ads completely removed, not just hidden.  

I'm getting ads, using Chrome from work. Sometimes the page isn't loading. 

Did you read through the TOS? I know with another forum provider they had the right to delete the board for any reason without backup. I'm just wondering if the ads are something that need to be purchased to keep away, and if writing code to hide them might be against the TOS.

Make sure you have javascript enabled.
