How stupid can people be? The dude has no experience. What a complete moronic state where people just vote a dude into such an important position because his name is recognizable. Everyone that voted for him should just stop breathing right now and do the rest of us a favor.

In general, I think the selection judges via popular election is a bad idea.

Yep, the MI Supreme Court has been doing a great job. GOP still holds a 5-2 bench advantage, but electing Bernstein is abhorrent.
