Participation Ribbons or Trophies? A Geronte Analogy

The Gerontes are mostly a group of soccer playing little shits who showed up to collect their participation ribbons and snacks the first week or two, and then quit the team.  This is the personification of the pussification of America.  Geronte means nothing.

That's the problem.  Geronte should mean something.  It should be held in high regard.  Only the best of the best should be Geronte (and get a trophy).  People will strive to be Geronte!  The Gerontes should be cut to 50...and this is how you do it...no arbitrary dates since last post...none of that...it's simple...

The 50 people with the most posts are Geronte.  If someone falls out of the Top 50, they get replaced.

This is my solution.
