It occurred to me earlier - perhaps this is Deyonta related? A workout/travel companion, etc?

Just because a player signs a contract with an NBA team doesn't mean it's a guaranteed contract and he'll make that NBA team.

Memphis currently has 20 players on their roster. All of them have contracts. 15 of them have guaranteed contracts. Costello isn't one of them.

That doesn't mean they won't cut a guy with a guaranteed contract, but it is highly unlikely that Costello makes the roster of the Grizzlies when the season starts. It is much more likely that he ends up on their D League team (the Iowa Energy).

Yeah I need the GSW game to go to OT I think to come close on my pawlay. Also need the Kings to beat the Pistons by 3. Pistons have improved since Reggie ruined the team. They play the Dubs on Thursday at Oracle.

I would state that I don't think Drummond has the personality to be a front guy, but I'm kinda old school and frankly neither does Lebron but he has proven me wrong. He is immensely more talented than Andre but it's a different era is what I'm saying. If I had my druthers I would not build around a passive guy like Drummond, though.
