And they've underachieved nearly every time. But this isn't about Wisconsin.

Michigan State has a 42-16 record in the NCAA tournament during the streak, tied with Duke for the most wins since 1998. Kentucky has 41 wins during the stretch, as does Connecticut. Kansas is fifth on the list with 40 wins.

Tom Izzo's .722 winning percentage in the NCAA tournament is seventh among active coaches with at least 10 tournament games.

Larry Brown of SMU is the leader with a 19-6 record. He’s followed by Mike Krzyzewski, John Calipari, Rick Pitino, Billy Donovan and Roy Williams.

What's more impressive about Izzo's winning percentage is that his bad teams are still NCAAT teams, so it results in a 1st or 2nd round exit. Other than Coach K, those other coaches are in the NIT or not playing at all in a down year.

MSU seniors have been a part of 7 career tournament wins. Georgia has 7 tournament wins...total. None since 2002.
