Think the biggest problems with it are
1) star wars trailer just came out and was great
2) its bootlegged and the audio sucks. Can't tell who is talking/how shitty their voice is or isn't

They monitored your wardrobe constantly on the set. Pictures before, pictures after, pictures the follow ddays on the set. Making sure I had the same earrings, jacket, ring, etc. Then they would compare the pictures to make sure nothing was added or missing from before. It was very thorough, and an interesting experience.

retro - the batman scenes are used to love that show as a kid

Just saw it - it didn't exactly suck but goddamn they could edited out at least 20 minutes.

1. No Batman origin story - we got it thanks.
2. No nightmare/dream sequences
3. The whole Africa/Senate hearings thing made no sense.

The Directors cut bluray is going to be like 30 minutes LONGER...although I do think it will, hopefully, tie some holes together

WB released a deleted scene already from the end of the movie

He made Batman kill recklessly. Batman has never been like that.

Superman is a mopey bitch still.

Lex Luthor has never figured out who Superman is. That is one of the great things about his hatred of Clark. Lex figures it out halfway through the movie.

Thinking about this some more...

Things I hated:
1. Killing Jimmy Olsen

2. You make a spear to kill Superman and then when you decide not not kill him because his mom has the same name as your mom you just toss said spear aside and leave at the Gotham docks?

3. Gotham City and Metropolis are next to each other? What like Oakland and San Francisco?

Things I liked:
1. Wonder Woman
2. Affleck was a decent Batman
3. Some good setpiece action scenes.

Why didn't Wonder Woman just take the kryptonite spear and stab Doomsday with it? She clearly was able to hang with Supes in taking Doomsday down.

Yeah, they made Jimmy Olsen a CIA spy photographer who gets shot 5 minutes into the movie. Fucking Snyder.

1 - definitely out of nowhere. I remember in Man of Steel the girl at the planet was supposed to be Jenny Olsen, replacing Jimmy as his sister or some shit. People hated it and she was/is now only known as Jenny

2 - people bring up the name stopping him but similar things have happened like the end of this clip



3 - not really needed for the movie at all other than getting Lois there at the end

Lex Luthor finally accepted Superman's secret identity as Clark Kent which he had been aware of from almost from their earliest meetings but refused to accept for his own personal belief that people of power always crave and reflect themselves as people of power, never as one of the masses, thus to Luthor a being like Superman would never try to pass himself off as Clark Kent who was no one of extreme note.

This movie still sucks.

Extended edition makes a lot more sense than theatrical

So we go from Ben Affleck to Robert Pattinson. I'm not sure that's an improvement.
