EAST LANSING — Jeremy Langford's mindset with the Chicago Bears is that he's "back at the bottom,'' and he'll have to earn his way up.

It's a healthy way for a rookie to think, particularly when looking to win a spot in a veteran offensive backfield playing for an old-school coach like Chicago's John Fox.

Langford was asked at a Bears press conference, the video of which was provided by ChicagoBears.com, what it would be liked to adjust from getting multiple carries per game to perhaps only getting a few as a reserve.

"It's kinda like when you first get to college, you're that freshman trying to find a way,'' Langford said in the ChicagoBears.com video. "It's starting back at the bottom, where you have to work hard on special teams and do all the little things.
