If you have a little more time and are with a group, Tosi is good Italian food. But a real hidden gem is Santaniello's, very close to I-94. I'd go there personally, but it's not exactly in St. Joe (Stevensville, Glenlord St.)

St. Joe's is "Pure Michigan", that is, lots of white people looking at a lighthouse.

Decided to go to Greenbush in Sawyer, then hit the Warren dunes to fuck around for a bit. Greenbush has a brisket sandwich that is absolutely fantastic. The dunes were fun too.
