Jurassic World: meh

Just not that impressed. I know you fuck faces thought it was great but I was like... meh.

Hit it up at the discount matinee. Saw it in 3-D, that was a waste. Great dinosaur effects, but the storyline, what there was of one, was pathetic.
Seriously, Ron Howard's daughter is still wearing spike heels after being chased by dinosaurs through the jungle for hours, that kind of stupidity should get you eaten, and I'm insulted it didn't happen.

The raptors start whoring themselves out. Triceratops are cutting off one horn to sell as aphrodisiacs. All sorts of shit is going down.

Anyway...don't want to give away the entire movie but the baby Rex grows up with some zany, unexpected friends and comes back to challenge his uncle for the throne.

I saw it this weekend and I give it 2 Makers Mark bottles (2 thumbs up). I loved the fight in the end.

The more I reflect on it, the terribler is gets.

It was okay. Pretty corny and cheesy lines at a lot of points. The action scenes were cool. Kind of what I expected. It's jurassic world, not inception.

I feel like the characters were basic as hell though. Why does every movie have to use the same 16 year old kid that's a rebel?
