4 Buckeyes including Bosa suspended for season opener against Virginia Tech

Ohio State will open its national title defense without two of its most valuable players, including All-American defensive end Joey Bosa.

Citing a violation of athletic department policy, the Buckeyes announced Thursday suspensions for Bosa, H-backs Jalin Marshall and Dontre Wilson and wide receiver Corey Smith, increasing the degree of difficulty when they visit Virginia Tech on Sept. 7.

Completely over caring about which school's athletes follow rules better. Hope they kill VT so it means more when we beat them

My Buckeye friend thinks their compliance department is back to their habits that caused Tatgate to happened (and given how he was an athlete there, he's pretty in the know). He talked to a memorabilia broker in Columbus today after hearing about the suspension, and they apparently have an inordinate amount of Cardale Jones and Ezekiel Elliot autographed merchandise. 

He's actually pretty pissed at OSU about all this coming up. Says that they're going back to behaving in the way that got them in trouble in the first place.

Things are sleazy down there. Fuck OSU, because if they lose to VT, our game in November loses luster.

It must be serious if the are suspended for the VA Tech game
