Bizzare College Classes

CMU is first on the list with a Harry Potter class. They have probably stole quite a few potential UM students.

Also, it looks like we have all taken at least one class at UPenn.

I took billiards, advanced billiards, and wilderness survival(our final was to spend a weekend in the Manistee National Forest with only what we could carry in a coffee can).

Your wilderness survival class sounds awesome. I have been saying for a while that such classes should be mandatory.

Mock HP all you want, but IMO those books were fun reads. I was highly skeptical, but a friend who is a publishing agent told me to read the first one and, once I got past the first 50 pages (which were so dull), I got hooked. That series was the alpha and omega of my interest in books with faeries, trolls, wizards, etc. I'm envious of JKR's imagination.

Pretty sure all you need to do is read this board if your interested in trolls and wizards.
