Narduzzi has to win enough to get his next HC job before he doesn't meet Pitts expectations after some successful seasons and he gets canned.

Walt Harris had some good years but because he didn't win like Jackie Sherill ( who had multiple NCAA violations at TAMU and Mississippi State after leaving Pitt)  Pitt fired him. They hired Dave Wannstedt next.  After 3 seasons of going .500 Wannstedt went 9-4, 10-3 and 7-5 and was Big East co-champion his last season so they fired him because he didn't get to a BCS Bowl.

There are reasons Todd Graham only stayed a year and Paul Chryst jumped at the chance to return to Wisky after 3 seasons.  I hope Narduzzi is successful and leaves when the next job comes calling because Pitt will push him if he doesn't jump,first.
