I was drinking Two Hearted when this pic was taken. That said, I get more free beer than all of you combined due to my profession. Don't ask.

Re: Thumbs up!!!
Was at my local store a few days ago as a guy was paying for a half barrel of Two Hearted. Asked what he paid for his kegerator. Said he got it at Costco for under $400 and is still on the same bottle of Co2 after 5 half barrels. Didn't know they had gotten that cheap. Thinking about it. Would alleviate the hassle of bottle and can returns.tTy wrote:I was drinking Two Hearted when this pic was taken. That said, I get more free beer than all of you combined due to my profession. Kind of. I work for a beer/wine/liquor distributors so everything = my favorite price. Free. #ScratchAndDentPile

Re: Thumbs up!!!
My parents built a kegerator out of an old fridge, and somehow they found used CO2 tank. Very economical and green way to drink beer.

Had DTE pick up an old fridge (Montgomery Ward, harvest gold lol) I had in the garage last year. They gave me $40 for it but the best part is my electric bill dropped $30 a month after getting rid of the inefficient POS

No, but bet it's a lot higher than mine. Bigger house, wife, and kids. Probably keeps the house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.tTy wrote:The Pantry wrote:Had DTE pick up an old fridge (Montgomery Ward, harvest gold lol) I had in the garage last year. I guess your lectric company ranks your houshold. He is #1 in the hood in terms of usage. He can't figure out why/how it is a zilly bucks every month and 1.21 gigawatts.
