I'm hoping my daughter and wife get back from Disney early enough so she can go trick or treating. I don't know why, just like seeing my daughters face when she can't believe people are giving her candy.

Lost 8 lbs. Need to lose another 6. Definitely will not be skinny however. Will be around 15% body fat. Gave up on abs 8 years ago now

Then we are going to top it all off by going past my folks house for one last trick or treat at Gamma's and Gampa's before we head home and let them jam 4 pounds of sugar in their faces before we try to put them to bed.
