Anybody else working today?

Have all next week off, so I came in today. It's a ghost town. Watching Santa on the NORAD tracker. He's in Papua New Guinea.

Now he's in Maryborough, Australia. Dude gets around.

Full day. Will be very productive with the office empty though.

Yep. The people who run the company I work for are Jewish, so there's not a huge emphasis on the Christmas holiday. Flying back to Michigan tonight after work, we do our family thing tonight but I'm gonna miss it. Pretty fuckingg lame honestly

Only been with the company 4 months.  Had a catered luncheon yesterday.  Was walking behind a few co-workers from the shop area, where it was held, back to the office before leaving for the day.  Company owner held the door open for all of us.  He said "Happy Holidays" as I walked through.  I replied "Merry Christmas" while shaking his hand.

Was maybe 10 seconds later I remembered he was Jewish.  Good thing he has a sense of humor.  Drives a sharp Mercedes with one of these plates on the back
