Considering all of that if he were going to Kansas or Arizona I firmly believe he would have made his announcement at the MickeyD game or back in CA. He wouldn't wait and do it in the D, in essence disrespecting those people close to home. I think he wants a little time to pass from the Clark/Bess announcements, gather everyone up at home, announce for Michigan and have a grand party together now and this fall.
