Any of you donkeys ever owned a vehicle with the 6.2L vortex?

Seems ridiculously over motored for a Yukon. I'll be doing little to no towing, some off roading and trail riding in the U.P. surprised by the mileage. Hearing close to 20 on the freeway. Jeep Commander caught my eye as well.

I drive a Dodge Stratus.

I have a Tahoe with a 5.3. It's plenty of power. I wouldn't know what to do with more unless I towed a 5th wheel or a boat or something.

Agreed. I have a Sierra 1500 with the 5.3. Have towed a number of things without ever feeling like I needed more.

You'll only feel this way until you've had a Duramax or a Cummins under your saddle.

Wow, that's a lot of engine. I dont' need it. I have a silverado. I'm good with a smaller version. thank god, so is my wife. She's ben satisfied with smaller for over 24 years now.
