So, what happened on tTurd

I watch what goes on there and there seems to be numerous "up in arms" threads going on there. Kind of the environment that brought about tSwill.  

What's the deal?

tBarnes cashed in and the board became moderated with a heavy hand. Everything that made a once good board has been in a slow decay. Pervasive group think runs amok and the nerd factor is off the charts.

Unfortunately, many here have forgotten or chosen to ignore the circumstances that led to this board's creation. As a result, many feel the Swill is doomed to repeat the exact history from which it arose.

I really don't get all of the hate for tRCMB. I enjoy it mostly for the actual football and basketball discussion.

The TOC gets the starting job thread here got like 10 responses. Seems like a bigger deal that warranted more posts.

Now, I like it here for the no holes barred banter. Each board has it's positives and negatives.

It's been a series of threads over the last 3-4-5 days.   Rocky and Martin trying to sort out what should be allowed and where.  Sort of a slow motion meltdown so far.  It's amusing how many people are whining about not getting the most current 'crooting info for free.   It's pretty obvious they don't understand the business model of 247.

I agree. I still read TOB a few times a week. I'm just taking a break from posting there for awhile. I know there are a few posters here flat out hate what's become of that site.
