Anyone here ever drive an AMC?
Seems like a few of you might have gotten some women into the backseat of your AMC way back in the 70s.

White with green Granada. Got my hands and mouth on my date's DDs in the backseat when I was a sophomore in '79. That was a glorious night. Went out a couple more times, but then she dumped me because she knew I was only looking for hookups and not a gf.

My first brand new car after I started working after college was a Renault Alliance which, as it turns out, was the biggest POS car of all time.
During that same timeframe, I was renting a flat in the 48224, and the the woman who had the upper flat owned an AMC Eagle. She was just what you'd expect. An 1/8th ton heifer.

Nope, my 1st car was a '68 Mustang and since then I've owned nothing but GM. Sporty cars through the 80s and Chevrolet Trucks, either Suburbans or pickups since then.

I'm way too young to have driven one. By time I was driving AMC was kapoot!

My cousin was a car geek and had a 1969 Hurst SC/Rambler. It had a 390 cubic inch V8 and went like hell. It was a boxy design and looking back I wonder if the brakes and suspension were ever close to what was needed for the engine.
