Most brokerages will "warn" on a 1st reg t violation if you call them. Some will totally enforce the 90 day restriction and the violation(s) follows you from brokerage to brokerage.

Once I get to tomorrow, can dump 1000 margin shares for a betting profit. Assuming a lot of things of course.
