I've never had goat.  Do younger goats taste like veal? I suspect old goats are tough and chewy.

He built a house north of San Diego because his doc told him that was the best climate for his asthma. He and my MIL kept the house back here and traveled back-and-forth often. They got a couple of my SIL's girlfriends to rent and house sit for a couple years with the girls knowing they would be back from time-to-time.

They came back one weekend when the girls were gone. He bought a goat head wrapped in a clear freezer bag and placed it the freezer so the face was the first thing you'd see when opening the door. They flew back to San Diego.

Next day got a call from my SIL, laughing her ass off. She had received a panicked call from one of her GF's that had opened the freezer. From the description, the chick almost shit her pants.
