We have @ Rays, @ Twins, Mariners at home and then White Sox. We have a great shot at leaving with a solid month and either in first or second.

At this point in the season winning the series vs. Cleveland and Boston is impressive. We've all picked apart the bullpen flaws but this team is generating some timely hitting at all parts of the lineup. Last years batting order had some frustratingly bad dead spots in it.

This team has exceeded my expectations so far. Twelve games down 150 to go!

Last year it seemed they spent the entire summer digging themselves out of the hole they dug early. It'll be nice not to do that again if they stay anywhere near this pace.

Last years team lost an absurd amount of games vs Cleveland.
