We've seen that happen before. Remind me what the outcome was?

Can't they heat the Georgia Dome? That is pretty cold for being inside.

After half an hour of wagering, Atlanta is back down to a 4-point home favorite (the Westgate opener) over Green Bay after being bet as high as -5.5 here in Vegas (the line was Atlanta -6 at offshore giant CRIS before being bet down). The over/under looks like it's settling at 60.5 points after these teams combined for 65 points in their regular-season meeting in the Georgia Dome (Falcons won 33-32).

Is the new stadium really going to have a retractable anus roof?
It looks like a giant butthole opening and closing.

I'd honestly call it "Preparation H Stadium" and nickname it the Brown Eye.

Knowing how Atlanta is weather-wise, it'll probably be a pretty loose butthole. THE loosest.

I feel like stadiums and arenas in that city have a 20-25 year shelf life. I think the Georgia Dome opened in the early 1990s, and they got bored with the Omni Center after about the same amount of time.

Nigel deletes his post, upset that I'm teasing the Falcons' stadium design. Dude has issues.

25 for both. Â
GA Dome opened in 1992. Â
Omni opened in 1972. Â Demolished in 1997. Â
20 for Turner Field (opened in 1997).

I don't know if it's that uncommon (25 years).
Turner Field was fine. The Braves somehow got Cobb County to pay for most of their new place.
The Omni was seriously outdated.
The Dome was OK, but the Falcons didn't own it.

Lambeau field cost 960,000 to build in 1957. It's 60 years old.
Kentucky blue grass.
Guess which stadium I think is cooler.

About 400 million worth. But it's still in a neighborhood. Still open air and still the best stadium in the league at 60.
