A US Federal Judge ruled Kevin Miller owes $1.6M for a hit from behind on Andrew McKim in 2000 while both were playing in Switzerland.

I heard about this last week, and I admit that I have not seen the hit, but how in the ever livin **** is this kid liable for 1.whatevMillions of dollars because some motherfucker fell down and got hurt? Don't make no sense. Shit happens sometimes. Doesn't that mean anything anymore?

If the other player intentionally blind sides you and causes you to lose your ability to earn a living by going outside the rules, then yes that fucker should pay. If that happened to you and you learned the guy intentionally sucker punched you and you could no longer do your job because of it, then I think you would be hiring me and demanding justice.
