Why does it appear that Trump wants to stop all immigration?

My wife is trying to hurry to become a citizen to try to get a green card for her mom to come over. Now I see that Trump is trying to get rid of that too. I don't understand why the US wants to shut its borders to everyone? Land of the Free my ass. There is a shortage of workers already. Its too bad this isn't all some horrible dream.

Of course he did. He's probably trying to tow the line, because he forgot that he's going to lose quite a bit of employees at his properties.

All his base needs to be in support of any policy is to have Trump tell them it's great and they're going to love it, just love it because it's going to be great.
