I'm so hungover

I drank a decent amount while tailgating yesterday. Hubby drove us home. I stopped drinking right around game time at 4. I don't have much of a tolerance , and dealing with a newborn fucking sucks. I think I will have to start drinking just to feel better. At least MSU won.

It was much more fun tailgating yesterday than that heat the week before. Drinks were going down much easier. Glad you took one for the team.

All of this. Yesterday was my last tailgate of the year because of the kid. I really like the 4 pm starts. A little extra tailgate time and you don't get home crazy ass late.

127 southbound being jacked up did make it a bitch getting home though.

Well baby decided she didn't want to nap in her bassinet so she's napping on me. At least she's asleep. My Bloody Mary tastes amazing right now. My headache is magically gone too. Downer is I'm getting my ass kicked in fantasy right now.

Yup, zing zang, bacon, franks red hot, pickle juice, and pepper. It was yummy.

Guide to not getting hungover, by WBH.

1. Pick a drink of choice. Always drink that if you are having more than 1 or 2. Never waver.
2. Do not eat before bedtime. Eat before you drink. If you eat before bedtime it will lead to more dehydration.
3. Milk thistle. Take it before bed and also first thing in morning.
4. Plenty of water in the morning. And if you can fit it in, cardio. Hour of cardio. Sweat it out. Keep hydrating.
5. Worst case scenario, if all of the above fails, hair of the dog. Force yourself. Do not let your body take no for an answer. If it's particularly bad, you might need 4/5/6 before you can completely shake it.

I had it so bad in Vegas once I couldn't, physically couldn't without making myself sick. If I had followed 1-3 above it never would have come to that.
