My name is APE I am a support staff member of the English support forum.
I have had a member in the name of gHost Spartan he has told me that he has Asked for he's posts and the account to be delete and as of yet this has not been done.

By law all over the world under data act you must do as the member has asked or your forum could be closed down.

I understand that removing he's / her posts can make your forum look strange so I have asked your member to just delete the posts they want to remove then delete the account them self.

They have asked me to delete the account after I get something back from you.
I have told them I will give you until Friday to get back to me before i do anything.

I Must stress that On the TOS and by law you must follow the rules and the law or you could loose your forum or even face court If your member so wishes.

APE happened to be someone that I spoke with and it seems to me that your ignoring me is breaking the terms of service.

Why would some forumotion support person have to send a PM as "guest"? And is that really how forumotion communicates with admins of it's board? Weird. On the other hand, could any regular ol' non-registered user send PMs to people without logging in and creating a username?

gHost also had to put his name out there for a couple of reasons after "part 1", as I understand it. I don't want my post history associated with my real life name for a variety of reasons (internet stalker weirdos, present/future employers, etc) and my posting history isn't nearly as....em....interesting as gHost's.

I enjoy his postings for one, sucks he's gone. Err sucks that he has to post now as Da Mayor.
