Riley suspects the driver blew a tire after gunning the engine, in a nearly futile attempt to crest an icy incline on the road.

If it really was ten minutes of the carrier spinning his wheels to get up the icy hill, the NEST video alone should tell management at the local USPS this guy shouldn’t be behind the wheel.
