Had a similar problem back when NASCAR used to have the race in Montreal. Gophers kept eating through our fiber optic cable. Pretty sure the result was some very quiet poisoning.

There’s a family in our neighborhood who twice had to have their Lexus repaired after red squirrels chewed through whatever lines were exposed on the undercarriage. Thought I read a couple years later that the thinking was rodents were attracted to certain car wires because the insulation used was a soy-based product.

Guess it's true tornadoes spin counter clockwise in the 'Northern hemisphere.

Had just pulled into a strip center a few years ago when my SUV started rocking like crazy. Pretty sure it was a tornado passing overhead because found out later a subdivision not far away got hit. Took out a number of trees and heavily damaged some houses and vehicles. Fortunately didn't stay on the ground long and no one was hurt. Close as I want to get to one.
