MSU Police are investigating a bomb threat at Spartan Stadium. The stadium & surrounding areas have been evacuated. Please avoid the area.

Can anyone account for the whereabouts of this guy?

The fat kid at football camp had a big lunch and doesn't want to run Green Bays this afternoon.

Anyone remember the Spartan Stadium bomb scare (not so much a threat) back in the 90s? I think it's when they were prepping for Clinton's visit for the Commencement Address in 95 (though it could have been something else). IIRC, bomb sniffing dogs found something, which turned out to be old WWII munitions under the stadium. I think it was actually under the visitor's section, which I thought was kind of funny.

Rivalry aside, I'm trying to figure out other possibilities that make any bit of sense. I mean, who wakes up morning and says "I'm going to call in a bomb threat in Spartan Stadium"?

If it wasn't some UM fans getting drunk/high thinking it'd be funny, then I'm not sure what would entice someone to do this.

This is interesting. I was there during that time and don't remember this. Where can I find more info on this? When you say they found WWII munitions, do you mean down in the basement storage?
