Government witness claims to have paid SCum football players from 2000-2013

Marty Blazer, who was testifying for the government, made a shocking claim: He reportedly said that he had paid college football players from 2000-13. The players were from Penn State, Pitt, Notre Dame, Michigan, Alabama and North Carolina.

I am. I've never heard of anything shady from Northwestern. Their recruits don't lend you to think they're paying anyone either. Maybe they got the efficiency package.
