Pretty sure there are no Americanos that can contend for the win (or even top 10).  The Brit Chris Froome is the fav to win it all.  BUT there are stages...........

For the first 7~ stages, fast forward your DVR to the final 20 minutes (kinda like soccer). These are flat/sprinter stages.  LOTS OF CRASHES in the final 5km. Bros are gonna go down and scrape their knees.  Bros are gonna gas it out for their teammates to win a stage (yes this is a team sport). Winners will kiss french chicks and get teddy bears.

Will advise for later stages once (if) you are hooked.............

Watch a stage toward the end and it will all become (semi) clear.  Kinda like Neckcar drafting.  But there is more of it that goes on during the 100 miles that these weirdos can pedal for.
