Vinyl is making a comeback! Nice.

Nothing like pulling out those old LP’s cleaning them, grabbing the arm of the stereo and putting the needle down.   Not going to turn this into boomer millennial but I always thought the millennial group missed out on this aspect of enjoying music.

Trend: vinyl sales way up CD’s down.


While it’s only about 4% of the industry, it’s not dead.

Not only should vinyl make a come back but so should stereo systems. Can’t believe the junk speakers I see people playing music through at parties or just in general.

FBC never left, DWags. It’s still in biz.

Also, vinyl never disappeared, either. Just look at the exteriors of walvies mobile homes and their um jackets.

People say it’s more a hobby than about the quality of sound. Is this correct?

They wanted to, but figured they’d wait to get the employee discount at Home Depot. Then they found out they couldn’t get jobs.

One year later

Vinyl now out selling CD’s.

The major demographic(s) of the CD market has gone to streaming. AppleMusic, Spotify, AmazonMusic, Tidal.
