In fact, you're not longer allowed to even walk in your own house.

The army crawl is the recommended method of self-locomotion.

That's not what I heard. The best advice I've seen was for Bill to walk a straight line 10 miles into a dense forest with a blindfold on. Sort of like reenacting the bird box movie.
