In a related event Late last week HHS Sec Azar signed a memo giving him and only him the power to sign off on policies and procedures on any of the departments under HHS. Those include the FDA, CDC and NIH.

It also gives Azar the ability to fire Dr Fauci.

at around 1,000 dying per day (slightly more) with deaths likely to go up, it seems like we could hit that mark by election day (43 days away).
