Yeah ouch. Maryland is pretty good and the layoff doesn't help

The indiana win didn't seem to help as much as it should have

8/9 would have played a 1 in the next game, but ended up getting stuck with probably the best 2 seed (if they beat Iowa State).

Kendall Bostic into the portal. She was the only freshman on this year’s team.

Re: 2020/21 MSU Women's BB Official Thread
What is Merchant's future at MSU? I can't see MSU cutting ties, but I think conference and post-season play has been below expectations. But overall she has a very good winning percentage with quite a few 20+ win seasons.
Here is why I ask. Former MSU assistant/associate head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton was on a lot of radars while at MSU, and got her first head coaching gig at Missouri State two years ago. I just took a look, and in those two years she has a 49-7 record and 32-2 conference record. Her team reached the Sweet 16 this year. It seems like it won't be long before she lands at a much bigger program. Given her 5 years at MSU, she might be a great fit.
