Needle injections into fingertips

There's nothing like starting your day with multiple shots of kenalog into your fingertips.

I've had that before, and it's not a big deal. This was to clear up eczema. I'm thankful my derm is a great doc/person and delivers the needle with as little pain as is possible.

Had 4 shots in teh ball sack when I got the vasectomy last year. I would rate the experience as not much fun.

Maybe less fun was my 55 year old Indian Urologist grabbing my ballsack and shaking it around to try and spread the local as quickly as possible.

Jesus, Mary, & Joseph! All I can think of is you asking innocently is it will hurt much, and him replying, "Yes, very much" then deliver the needle.

For whatever reason the shots on the left nut did nothing to numb the feeling but they did stop the pain, so I felt everything but there was no pain. After the third shot in that nut I told him to just get it over with and move quickly.

His response: "Ha ha, you're in a hurry to get somewhere? You won't be doing anything fun tonight my friend!"

It is at this point in the conversation when I would've punched him in the wiener and said: "Ha ha, that makes two of us, my friend."

I wasn't thinking about the old vasectomy when I posted the fun scale. And, shirley I wasn't serious.

The worst part about the vasectomy is actually feeling them cut the vas deferens. Even numb, it's a bit unnerving.

I have been on/in my wife for 36 years with no children other than the first four. We are both older than dirt now so a baby would be a miracle and a blast!

No, the worst is the Braveheart feeling in your lower abdomen when they pull the extra tubing out prior to the snip.

You'll be fine with the local, mine only took about 10 mins or so. I left the doctor's office around 4:30 on Friday and went back to work full time on Monday.

In your case with your kid, I'd save the vacation time too. All other things being equal, I would highly recommend it. My sex life has gotten better without the fear of another kid or having to pull out or find a rubber.
