Found this quote interesting "According to Tucker, “Sources close to the program indicate Calipari is currently in a power struggle with multiple other key players on this roster.”

This upcoming game vs Louisville is a must win and I have feeling he's lighting into his players this week. I think the Wildcats take care of business against their arch rivals.

It might have been my mistake to start this thread, I'd been seeing so many jabs about Kentucky in so many threads including the MNF thread I thought it was a subtle hint to get a thread going to hear my thoughts on this years team.

I just think there's some immaturity that Cal is dealing with. I think the popular ESPN show First Take which underscores all the drama in the NBA has permeated into elite highschool basketball. We are seeing drama in Ypsi with two of our top recruits. It's the new era of drama queen five star recruits and I for one think it's fascinating to see how Cal navigates this.

I'll add a bonus thought, I bet Izzo is watching. This year's Kentucky team is the Canary in the Coal Mine for the drama and immaturity issues he could also face. IMO Cal will get it back on track and up to the high standards that is expected.
