Grey world of NCAA enforcement of D1 tennis recruiting/funding at Wake Forest

The link gives great detail in what a program can do and how schools push limits when they get children of wealthy parents on their varsity roster.  

In this case the wealthy parent is Sean Hannity who allowed Wake Forest the use of his private jet purchased by a shell corporation while his son played on the team.  Through a shell corporation Hannity bought a $813K home in the Winston-Salem area in June '16 and 3 months later Wake Forest tennis HC Bresky bought the home for $820K. Soon after Hannity's shell corporation bought the house in June '16, Hannity's son shared the residence with an Wake Forest Assistant tennis coach and both continued to live there after the HC tennis coach purchased the home from Hannity.

NCAA investgated and closed the case.  

Because its tennis and the suspect behavior is between members of the suburban country club set instead of the inner city minorities I suspect this crap goes on at a lot more places than Wake Forest with few raised eyebrows.
