Bob, I grew up in the north. I really dont' think the natives wear that kind of stuff up there. At least I don't recall them wearing that kind of stuff. Fudgies do. But natives, I'm not so sure.

The natives don't even bother bathing... so probably not so much with the khakis. I always kind of fantasized that up north living would be more like "Northern Exposure" with a bunch of eclectic earthy good people... but I'm pretty sure it's a bunch more trailer and trump among the locals.

Yeah, natives are boots and flannel. Which I suspect is a style Bob approves of. However, probably not as much Hold Steady as Bob would like.

Our khaki pants up here are usually made by Carhart or Duluth Trading.
