I had a custom made charcuterie board given to me for Christmas (4 feet long). I'm playing on filling that up. I got numerous cheeses, meats, fruits, veggies, crackers, and dips.

Whole chicken from a nearby restaurant called Baghdad. Great seasoning and not over salted. Really good hummus and Iraqi salad...cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, parsley, mint leaves, virgin olive oil, lemon juice and ground pepper.

The chicken and waffles came out great! The thighs were much better than the breasts, which I promised my wife would be the case, but she insisted on breasts as well.

It turned out alright. I now have a better idea on how much to buy. I had enough to fill this 3 times over.
