I had an uncle that everyone hated. At family gatherings, everyone avoided him like the plague, because he was a gigantic douchebag. To hear him tell it, though, everyone avoided him because we were afraid of the massive non-PC truth bombs he'd drop. His truth bombs were along the lines of "(walking in to the middle of a pleasant conversation) HEY LIBERAL! NICE HAIRCUT! WHERE'D YA GET THAT...THE LIBERAL STORE?!" I didn't bother going home to go to his funeral when he finally died.

Aaron Rodgers has become my dead douche uncle. Few people like him, and no one really wants to talk to him anymore.

Rodgers strongly implied Kimmel was on the list. Thats messed up.

He looks like he’d have real bad breath. Like from a distance he smells fine or like axe body spray which is fine enough whatever. But once you get up close you just smell rotting meat coming out of his mouth.

Worse. He will be a talk show host who had their show pulled by a major TV network. Once he gets a deal from X or Truth Social to host a streaming version of his show, he'll be Rogan with a chip on his shoulder.

Kimmel has been such a gross, unfunny disappointment since the man show but he's getting paid so good for him. It's hilarious to see him get so twisted over some football player on frat house podcast.

I rarely watch Kimmel or any late night entertainment/talk shows, but I’ve seen video of some of the things Kimmel has said in his monologues. Unsurprisingly, people of a certain political leaning don’t find Kimmel funny whatsoever. lol

I occasionally watch Kimmel's monologues. He's not great but not awful. I had high hopes for Colbert, but he's about the same. Today's late night talk hosts lack the weirdness and do-anything vibe of Letterman and Conan. I think Trump has been bad for them, too. He's such a cartoonish bad guy, it's impossible for them to stop talking about him and his underlings in the Republican Party. I long for the days of an occasional Bush or Clinton joke.

That was terrific TV, the one show I really embraced as a teen. I was a casual fan of shows like Saturday Night Live, SCTV and Kids in the Hall, but I watched Late Night religiously. His CBS show wasn't as magical.

That was terrific TV, the one show I really embraced as a teen. I was a casual fan of shows like Saturday Night Live, SCTV and Kids in the Hall, but I watched Late Night religiously. His CBS show wasn't as magical.

Honestly, watching that show wound up causing me problems communicating with others as I went to work out of college, and all because I had become a sarcastic wiseass like early-years Dave. lol

And yes, he really toned things down once he switched networks.
